<description>Hey what's up everybody! Welcome to The Substance Underground Transmissions Podcast! I'm an average guy from Tijuana with a huge passion for electronic music. Back in the day I used to listen to Kraftwerk and Depeche Mode on 91X FM (San Diego)and bootlegged vinyls and cassettes and I just fell in love with the melodies and bass lines. I was hooked on electronic music (tech house, trance, progressive, techno, house)when I listened to Paul van Dyk's cd The Politics of Dancing and Tiesto's Magik Musik cd's. In 2004 I met my mentor and best friend Eric Simon who taught me how to spin vinyl records and showed how to mix them on another level. Since then I've been mixin' records and cd's and having the best time of my life! I'm currently a resident of Substance San Diego alongside Ed Paris and MJS Productions. I'm also the host Dj of The Substance Underground Transmissions Podcast transmitted on Podomatic.com every other week. Hit me up if you want to jam or chill! Don't forget to check out the Substance Podcast at www.danielbarajas.podomatic.com Thanks for your support! Peace!
